Helder Design currently is working on a new construction and a gut renovation both per 'passive house' design principles , a mixed use gut renovation with gallery space and a mixed use two story addition here in Williamsburg. Additionally completed projects are a gut renovation brownstone in Crown Heights and a 500 person bar/nightclub with caretakers apartment in Bushwick.
